Our company stood at the origins of Russian recruiting – in difficult times of the emergence of a market economy and the formation of large domestic companies. We did not yet have our own database and proven technologies, but ambitious goals were set: Favorit became a pioneer, immediately aiming for the first place in the market. And now, when a client starts a business, we do for them what we once did for ourselves: we help bring the company from a low start to a high orbit.
The newborn "Favorite" had to engage in an unequal battle with powerful competitors – foreign recruitment companies that sought to subjugate the Russian market. And now we are helping our clients to win competitive battles.
The path of the "Favorite" is a path of continuous development. So, in 2001, despite the skeptics, we created an outstaffing business. In 2006, they received a Gold Quality Mark from the Russian Union of Entrepreneurs for innovations in optimizing the staffing policy of companies. In 2007, we opened a consulting business. Now our clients can not only order recruitment, but also receive many other useful services, from HR records management to media planning.
In 1993, five Favorit employees started working in a small room provided by a business partner. But six months later, the recruitment agency moved into its own office, a year later, the reputable analytical agency IMC recognized us as a serious market player, and five years later, the company employed more than a hundred managers. Now we are forming effective teams for our clients that ensure the dynamic growth of their businesses.
When we started our work, there was 25% unemployment in the highly qualified employee market, and companies could not find specialists who met the new market requirements. We have done a lot of work to build a bridge between employers and professionals. Now we have the largest database of top managers in Russia for all business lines. To select specialists, we use more than 70 sources, depending on the position. The qualifications and business qualities of applicants are checked by experienced recruiters and psychologists using various techniques, including unique author's developments.
